Paper Registration and Upload

Use this form to register the corresponding author details and upload the paper file.

Each corresponding author gets a persistent user record. Each user can keep multiple papers, and each paper receives an automatic Paper ID.

To submit a later version of the same paper, use the same corresponding author e-mail and the Paper ID returned by the first upload.
